“Let me start by saying I was very happy with my haircut, no doubt about it. Kathy did a great job! She was very sweet too. But my appt was at 1pm, and I got there 5 minutes early. I was a little confused with the way I was greeted. I got approached with who did you make your appt with? And I didn’t get a name of who my appt was with when I made it yesterday. So I get back, well let me try to find out and “we are eating lunch right now.” So I only waited for about 10 minutes for Kathy to come out. Very happy with my cut, 100% … just maybe wish the communication I guess was a little better.Service: Hairstyling“
