“I've been coming to this location for years and have never had a bad experience, but yesterday was truly top notch! My appointment was with Bee. It started like any other Brazilian wax appointment, but when I asked her to leave a triangle, she pulled out a wax pencil and craft stick to draw a stencil. I can't tell you how many times my 'triangle' has come out lopsided—I've thought about drawing out what I want beforehand but never remember. This simple step made my experience so much better than any before. I'll only be seeing Bee from now on!“
