I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received here! I came in with my three young kids, and despite the chaos, the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process. Not only did they make the experience so much easier for me, but they also went above and beyond to help me save money by suggesting ways to cut costs.
My phone was in horrible shape. Both the front and back were broken. The front screen was completely black after dropping it and the back was shattered. I had a great experience at the Cellairis in Holly Springs thanks to Roy. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like a valued customer. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. I came in with a damaged phone screen, and he got it fixed faster than I expected—and it looks flawless.
I dropped my 3 year old iPhone one too many times and the screen went black, I figured the phone was done. Based on all the 5 star reviews, I went to see Shawn. He almost immediately said he could have it fixed in 20 to 30 minutes.....and he did! At a great price. I will recommend this shop to anyone I know who has a cell phone issue. If it can be fixed, Shawn can do it, and will do it quickly at a very reasonable price.
Shawn is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and excellent at what he does, including customer relations.
