Couldn’t be happier! Quick and an AMAZING price! My iPhone was not charging through the port, only on a magnetic pad. I rely on plugging it into my car for GPS. I tried cleaning it and pushing through the newest update in hopes that it would work. Nope! I stopped in today on the way home and they looked at it right away. Within an hour, they called me to say it was fixed. Apparently needed a very deep cleaning. Apple wanted to charge me over $150. I picked up my phone just a bit ago for a fraction of what Apple wanted and to my surprise, they even replaced my screen cover that was cracked! Wonderful people as well. I came to him last minute with a computer issue, and not only did he take the time to work on it right away, he even came in on his day off to make sure it was handled. When a second issue popped up, unrelated, he didn’t cut corners or rush it; he asked me to bring it back so he could fix it to his own high standard, not just “good enough.” FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. He did such a thorough job, even going as far as letting me test it at his store, I insisted on leaving a tip.

I've worked with Chuck on two separate occasions now, and he does excellent work in a very reasonable amount of time. The first time he was able to replace my Macbook Pro's keyboard, and it works perfectly. The second time he made an effort to fix my iPhone XR but wasn't able to do so simply because it was 8 years old and on it's way out. He was very honest and provided a refund for the work he wasn't able to do, which is a rare thing these days. 10/10 would recommend Chuck to anyone needing machine repair.
