My experience with The Pool Butler has just blown me away. From the moment Kimberly answered the phone I was immediately at ease. Her kindness and patience and professionalism leave her by herself among her peers in Customer Service all over this Country. The smile in her voice radiated thru the phone and her care and concern to help in every way she could was over the top in her initiative and knowledge to help me get everything I needed. I was not rushed and felt like the most important person in the world when I was on the phone with her. I am a long time Pool Butler client and I continue to be impressed with the staff. This past week Cole was at my home to perform a periodic pool service and the work was completed as expected. Cole's knowledge, attention to detail, and overall quality of customer service provided was greatly appreciated.
