Part of my year end warranty. No charges. Thomas is very courteous and accommodating. He checked on the issues I mentioned during the year end walk through. He checked them all out and explained it to me. It’s all taken cared of. He also found extra time and help change the filter.

Was having an air conditioner problem and it so happen to be an electrical problem. Ali said your conditions is horrible and fix it for us. He went even further by fix the air flow is all the room. Although he does walk around with a cap he definitely was a super hero today. Thank you so much for helping my family and I.
