The staff greeted us and the pieces was very polite and knowledgeable, explaining everything. Excellent customer service overall, definitely 5-star treatment. The prices are absolutely amazing. The staff had a very calming presence and were super nice.
My daughter wanted a navel piercing and we searched and checked reviews. We called ahead and was told we could walk in and would be on first come, first served basis. As we entered the staff greeted us and the pieces was very polite and knowledgeable he explained everything to my daughter and myself and told us to call or come by if we have questions. Excellent customer service overall Definitely 5 star treatment.
Alli, was amazing talked me through my first piercing and it was amazing. Very calming presence excellent staff and fun environment!!! Definitely recommend . And the prices absolutely amazing!!!
I thought I posted this. But Alli did my septum piercing and she was absolutely great!! She was very efficient and sanitized everything. She walked me through everything and had me out of there in no time. She was super nice as well. And gave me advice on how to change my tragus piercing.
