They are currently in breach of contract and think they can charge for an additional month. I will fight the charges. The last 2 times I went the salon it had a horrible oder of garlic. I thought the first time it might have been someone’s lunch but then the second time it was worse. Several visits without robes and the sales girls are overwhelmed with customers walking in that it looks like a busy nail salon. Not staffed enough. The high pressure sales are horrible…no means no! And the equipment needs to maintained better. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

All the staff are very sweet but the hard sell and cost versus what you get made it not worth continuing my membership. I had a membership for a while, paused it and came back, but quickly remembered why I paused it. Every time I come in it's a hard sell on product. Every... single... time. On my last and only visit in December, the steam machine was dirty and smelled funky the whole time I was in it. The steam itself had a weird smell. My tanning bed didn't seem to have any water for the mist it's supposed to spray and no sticky pads were provided for the bottom of my feet or a towel laid down in the booth itself for my spray tan. I can't remember if this particular company offers free sticky pads for the bottom of your feet but I would hope that at least a towel is offered for the floor so my bare feet aren't touching it. I ended up using the one meant for wiping/blotting off afterwards, which was a little too small, but then I also didn't have it for it's intended purpose after.
Again, the staff is always so, so kind but the actual experience with the offered products could be better.

Got a spray tan and they constantly was trying to get me to buy more and more things. It was one thing after another. I bought 3 items because they insisted. They did not mention I could not return these items if I did not like it. Now I am stuck with items I am never going to use and money out of my pocket.

I had a great experience at Glo Tanning! The customer service was excellent—everyone was super friendly and helpful. Nevaeh especially went above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Nevaeh and Emily were fantastic from the start. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The place was very welcoming and well maintained. Their courtesy and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The way they explained the red light skin care process and how it helps with long-term results really stood out — very informative and appreciated.

The staff here is exceptional — friendly, attentive, and clearly dedicated. However, the facility itself needs more support from upper management.
Sign-up took nearly an hour, and the heavy sales push was overwhelming. The location is busy and cramped, with stained furniture, torn robes, and floors that often need cleaning.
The biggest concern was the pods: the hydration pod smelled and had mildew, and the red light pod made a harsh sound. It wasn’t the relaxing experience I was promised.
I did like the beds, though my Bluetooth kept connecting to another room.
This franchise also charges for every small service, unlike others that offer hassle-free first-time sessions.
I’d consider giving it another try if they make it right. 💖

Been coming here for 5 months and I love coming here the girls are so welcoming when you walk in the door and always asks how things went. I like that you can do everything and it’s so relaxing. I even travel about 30 mins I do wish they had a location in the area of the Kroger of 278.
