I have always had a good experience with Yates-Astro's, whether that be calling into the office, using the payment portal, and working with the technicians. I wanted to shout a technician, Clay, who was kind, punctual, and professional. We had some scheduling conflicts and uncooperative weather that were easily smoothed out with great communication with Clay. We are happy to be customers of Yates-Astro's.
Lee is very professional , He is respectful of areas that I ask not to be sprayed , due to Monarch / pollinators habitat, and my organic gardening .. He is punctual and calls every time without me having to follow-up with him to set an appointment .
I want to give a shout out to Tucker, the service manager for the pest control department!! He did a fantastic job at our house. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! Highly recommend!!
