Overpriced and very rude.

The place seemed professional at first, but my experience was not good. I called ahead and misunderstood the price. I thought it would be about $40 to clean two suits, which sounded reasonable. When I arrived and dropped them off, the total came out to $80 for two standard two piece suits. I told the employee that seemed high. She said she would give me a $10 discount per suit, but the total still came out to $70.

Dropped off 1 uniform Top/PC with patches. Asked them to make 2 name/1 us tapes and she charged $125. She was friendly and it would have been done the next day but ridiculously overpriced. I told her no thank you and went down the street to Fabricare Cleaner and Alterations (they also own the sew shop on Fort Stewart) and was charged $43.16. Literally 1/3 the price.

DO NOT COME HERE.

To begin this place is egregiously expensive. I had brought in 2 tops and a PC to be sewn and brought all of the correct ranks and everything. 24 hours later I come back to pick it up, happy to pay the price for the quick turn around, and the ranks were all wrong. I explained to the front lady that these were not the ranks I brought. She proceeded to argue with me for 10 minutes and tell me I’m wrong. I leave asking her to have it fixed and I would be back the next day. 5 minutes later she calls me to tell me I’m wrong again except this time to yell at me.
