“LONG POST ALERT: If you have a child with autism and don't know where to go, Puzzling Patterns will NOT disappoint you. My child was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2 and upon meeting with the Director Charity Floyd, M.S., BCBA, touring the facility, and asking a thousand and one questions I knew this was the right decision for my baby. All the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are very knowledgeable and provide hourly photos and updates throughout the day to inform you of your child's progress. They also will give a detailed report each evening upon pick up. The ABA therapists also have monthly meetings (in person or virtual, you pick the date) to inform you of your child's progress and asks about what you would like to see in your child's care plan. They assist with getting the children ready for school age expectations, such as sitting for periods at a time, potty training, learning colors, shapes, and even assisting with trying new foods. Puzzling Patterns also is willing to work with other teams (speech, occupational therapy) and incorporate what your child does at these therapies into the care plan while they attend Puzzling Patterns. The staff are always happy and attentive to meeting the children's needs and goals. My baby has come such a long way with communication (advocating his needs), sharing, participating with others, and less acting out behaviors. Before therapy, my child did not do well with change. Puzzling Patterns makes sure to rotate RBT's to get the child comfortable with being with whoever is working that day. Thanks to the team at Puzzling Patterns he can now even say all of his sibling's names!

Ms. Riley B.S., QASP-S is AMAZING!!! The way she knows and cares about assisting kids to reach their fullest potential is UNMATCHED. Her attention to detail for when my son may be having an off day or is less active is appreciated. I love the way Puzzling Patterns involves the entire family into the care of your child. You are able to let your child celebrate their birthday with friends, they host holiday parties for the kids (bouncy houses etc. for the whole family to partake in, and even tie dye shirts!

The professionalism and closed looped communication at Puzzling Patterns is EXCEPTIONAL. I am constantly informed of what is going on for the month, that week (as far as any adjustments to his schedule) and I know my child is in great hands! They are flexible with my child's other therapies an appointments as well. Puzzling Patterns has allowed my baby to excel in ways I couldn't imagine. I have watched my now 3-year-old truly blossom in ABA therapy at Puzzling Patterns. He’s come out of his shell and is showing so much more of his personality.
