I took my taxes to LBS on the recommendation of a family member, who I later found out had actually never went to them. The ladies were very punctual and prompt in getting all my information from me and figuring out how much they could get me back on my refund. There was a bit of a mix up in the beginning as to my paperwork, but after that was settled, everything was back on track. The lady told me that I would be getting back close to 3700 total (both state and federal) and I agreed to the 400 and some odd dollar fee she charged (it was a complicated return, so I was expecting this amount).
