Horrible place… How can you hold ppl clothes in there! I’ve been trying to get my clothes out this cleaners for about two months now. Place is closed saying going out of business. I need my clothes!! Who do I contact??

Worst experience I have ever had. I dropped off 3 brooks brothers suits to be pressed with one of those to be cleaned. I had to wait 4 days after I was supposedly to be able to pick them up. They came back wrinkled and on shirt hangers instead of the suit hangers that I left them with. Worst of all all three suits over a 1000 dollars from brooks brothers have been destroyed. Irreparable damage was done here. This place is a scam and will ruin anything you care about!

I have used Lamas Cleaners in Hinesville for 31 years. Always quality work, until now. Dropped off two suits on Tuesday (Aug. 22, 2023) and received a ticket they would be ready Thursday after Five PM. Needed them for a funeral on Saturday. Went to pick them up Friday morning, only to be told it would be the next week before they were ready. Was told their machines were down and suites were sent to Statesboro location. I asked how long the machines had been down and their response was, "Several weeks." I asked why I wasn't told this when I dropped them off and the worker simply shrugged her shoulders. Not good. Never again Lamas. Acquire better help and better customer service. .... Also, notice the only good review is dated 7/9/2011... 12 years ago.... Will NEVER use them again and will NEVER recommend.
