I have been trying to see the office manager for 4 months so I can clear up this cancelation charges of $89. I showed up for my appointment at 2:20pm my appointment was scheduled for 3pm and I waited until 3:40pm and was never seen. I told the person at the desk I had to reschedule my appointment because I had another appointment at 4:00 pm. They told me after I few weeks later I have to pay this fee before they can reschedule me. The office manager refuses to return calls. I have called and I have gone in there in person and she is out or on the phone. The people at the desk are so RUDE.

This place is not only horrible to customers but treat employees disrespectfully. The wife (Ms. Pittman) frowns at everyone as though she's above everyone. I came in for glasses and while I came in, an employee quit right in the middle of operating hours saying that she paid them less than what they were supposed to be paid on her check. The young lady yelled and said that she that her contract says $10 and she was paid $7.25. How in the hell does that even happen to anyone but I believe it because that owner woman seems like the type to do some shady mess to people like that. I had an appointment scheduled by the VA for 10:00 AM. It is now 11:30 and I haven’t even seen Dr. Pittman yet. They have no respect for anyone else’s time. I wish the VA would use a different doctor.
