Certified Computer Systems really came through for me. I called in with a frustrating issue, my motherboard had some damaged pins on the C.P.U. socket, and while it would boot up, Windows was completely unstable and kept running into problems. The person I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking me through exactly how to troubleshoot the issue and get things stable again. He also gave me great advice about checking my warranty before doing anything else, which I really appreciated since it wasn’t something I would have thought of myself. Purchased a computer on amazon, had a new Hard drive and memory installed, hacked OS repaired and all in short noticed. Super friendly, and professional since the minute he answered the phone. Highly recommend his services. Will be my go to from here on out.
