Certified Computer Systems really came through for me. I called in with a frustrating issue, my motherboard had some damaged pins on the C.P.U. socket, and while it would boot up, Windows was completely unstable and kept running into problems. The person I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking me through exactly how to troubleshoot the issue and get things stable again.
