I've been using this realty team for 4, almost 5 years now. They have bent over backwards to make my life better as a homeowner, and landlord. They make sure my tenants are taken care of, and they make sure my property is properly cared for. I have no issues with them, and when I was renting from them, they worked with me to make sure I didn't end up with an extremely bad move out fee, because records were severely lacking from my move in, due to circumstances outside of both of our control.Also, don't believe the rumors of dirty dealing about them. The situation that spawned those terrible rumors came from individuals that no longer work for this firm.

We decided to use Elaine Boggs as our realtor in the Fort Stewart region, I’m so very glad we did! Elaine was incredibly patient, understanding and thorough throughout out house hunting process. She was incredibly patient with our search, booked appointments efficiently and gave us the highlights of each property. We moved to Hinesville from Kansas a couple months ago and Elaine was absolutely amazing! We are first time home buyers and Elaine made the whole process stress free.
