Turpin's Wrecker responded to my call through AAA roadside assistance switchboard. We were stuck at an out of the way location, on a narrow country unpaved road. After describing our situation, Mike (sorry if I have your name wrong) went back to the garage. He switched to a smaller tow truck. He came back with the right equipment and pulled my truck back out of a graveled inclined driveway. He saved the day, and we were able to enjoy our time off.
These guys are fabulous!!! They got here so quickly, and rescued my husband's truck in our gravel driveway while our house was under construction. It was a tough job to get it done but they did it!! They were so knowledgeabl, patient, kind, and considerate!! I highly recommend them for any of your towing or wrecker needs!!
Mike from Turpin's Towing was dispatched to my home from AAA Roadside Assistance. I initially thought that my battery had died in my Jeep- he was called for a Jumpstart. He was so nice and professional, he checked my battery and it was fully charged. He helped me assess the situation. Turns out I was parked on too much of an incline and my gas pump was not registering the gas in my tank. He informed me to get my car on level ground and it would start right up. Not only did he save me thousands of car repairs from dealership but also a tow bill. Mike is a great contribution to this company, and you are lucky to have him. Thanks Again, Merry Christmas!!!!
