Brown Haven Homes is an amazing custom builder, from initial meetings in their office to meeting much of the team on our property, they are professional, knowledgeable and very communicative. The whole team was great, and they have the process down pat. Stephanie is extremely helpful and guiding in the design meetings and was able to customize our home to be soo beautiful. The construction managers finished our home with no issues. Couldn't be happier with our new home.

I was added today as being a chemo patient with a matted hair mess I couldn’t deal with! Michelle was incredible and fixed the whole problem for me and her co workers were awesome! What a great place to go to! I’m from out of town but made an appointment for 3 weeks when I’ll be back after my next treatment-Michelle will figure out the best option for me then I’m sure!

I called Right On site RV repair to fix a leak from my A/C in front bedroom whenever it rained. Alan was able to get to me same day and he found and replaced a improperly installed seal. He had to get up on my roof to complete this repair after removing all bolts from inside. It flooded last night and no leaks at all! I can't recommend him enough!!!! He even took time to write on invoice what was done wrong from manufacturer so I can make a warranty claim. I am so glad I called him!!!!!

Turpin's Wrecker responded to my call through AAA roadside assistance switchboard. We were stuck at an out of the way location, on a narrow country unpaved road. After describing our situation, Mike (sorry if I have your name wrong) went back to the garage. He switched to a smaller tow truck. He came back with the right equipment and pulled my truck back out of a graveled inclined driveway. He saved the day, and we were able to enjoy our time off.

Arrived at my Hiawassee house at 701 Mountain View Drive from Florida on April 17th. I turned on the water and had a water leak in the wall. The technician ( Shaun ? ) arrived the next morning promptly! Fixed one leak, then noticed a second leak. He did a great job repairing the leaks with PEX PIPE! Was very knowledgeable and suggested some future upgrades. Tony is lucky to have such a hard working dedicated employee!???
