I first attended a NACA workshop several years ago and began the homeownership process. Then COVID hit, and everything was put on pause. Fast forward a few years—while talking with a friend who was attending a workshop, I decided to give it another shot. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
I've now been back in the program for a little over a year, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Nicole Donald—one of the hardest-working counselors in the Augusta area. She’s been incredibly supportive and helpful every step of the way.

The NACA program is a very good program to use if you are low-moderate income and wish to own a home. My counselor Ms. Donna is super helpful. The process is rigorous by default because it allows you to see a true picture of your finances and at the same time sets you up to be a homeowner. Joining the NACA family is the best decision I made in my journey to purchase a home.
