Rich provides incredible service! He’s not just a sharp barber but also a genuinely good person who takes time to engage with his customers, making every visit feel personal and welcoming. On top of that, he coaches youth basketball, which says a lot about his character and commitment to the community. This shop has a great vibe, with a team of barbers who create a warm and inviting atmosphere. I’m so glad I stopped by next time I’m in Augusta GA, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great cuts and even better company!

Loved it. Management and barbers are excellent in their design and shaping of hair cuts. I've seen each barber turn out some awesome haircuts, and don't never see anybody walk away unhappy. The morale and environment is good. I highly recommend this barber shop.

My son and I sat two hours no one would cut his hair. Nor we’re we greeted upon entering we weren’t even acknowledged for a hour and 20 minutes. Barbers called other people ahead of him that wasn’t in line. The most unprofessional attitudes. Seven to eight barbers on staff 2 people were waiting when we entered.
