I lost my water supply earlier in the day today and after my own troubleshooting to no avail, I saw the company install plate on the pipe and called them. I placed the service call and in a very short time, I was called back by the technician informing me they were on the way to me. Shortly after, they arrived, did some troubleshooting, and quickly had it fixed and flowing. They were two of the most courteous young men and seemed very happy doing the work they do. The company should be proud to have employees like this. They represent the company very well. Thank you.

Quick service and attention to detail. The young gentleman who replaced my pressure tank and installed a spin-down filter explained everything so well, showed me how to clean the filter, and even gave me a maintenance sheet on how to service my unit annually. His attention to detail was superior to other maintenance companies I've had come out. He even applied more piping to ensure that I wouldn't get splashed on when cleaning the filter, as he noticed when he was showing me how to use the system. When my well tank went bad, David Lucas Well Drilling got their guys out the same day, and had a new tank installed and water flowing within only about 3 hours. Andrew and Josh were incredibly professional, polite, and even took some time to break down exactly what had gone wrong and why they were doing what they were doing to get it fixed. I learned a thing or two more about my well and I'll definitely give these folks a call again should another problem come up. Many thanks to y'all!
