I received the most amazing customer service from this florist. I have ordered from several over the past couple of years and this one provided the best personal service from start to finish. I am out of state and ordering flowers for a friend and was offered photos of real arrangements to choose from and then reassured they would be delivered for the date I desired. My friend wasn’t able to go to the door so they left her a message the flowers were delivered and I was also notified they were delivered and sent a photo of where they were left. This communication allowed me to let her husband know in case he goes in through the garage and missed the delivery at the door....read full review
