High quality of work, quick turnaround, reasonable prices, and very personable staff. They've helped take care of our Soldiers consistently, and for that I'll come here every time.

Drop off was easy and efficient and the staff was very friendly and kind. After receiving my items back they look perfect and done like a real professional. And even had it done a little early! Can't beat service like that!

Haven't been to Total Force since '94, but I may have Googled it during my last CSRA visit. Was a good spot for BDU accessories and related surplus when I went to AIT at Fort Gordon, but can't tell you anything about what it's like now.
