I purchased a beautiful amethyst ring on Dec. 7th, two days later the stone fell out at lunch. I contacted Cheryl and sent pictures of the ring, she didn't hesitate & refunded the money that was spent on the ring. I received a check in today's mail, 4 days after our conversation.
