My father purchased a glass at Damron's when I was sixteen and he had my name etched on it there. 41 years later and the glass is still beautiful, and reminds me of him every time I use it. My dad died 3 years ago, but I think about him often. Thanks for the memory.

This shop is our first stop every time we go to Helen. We’ve bought multiple etched glasses, not only for our own personal use, but for gifts and wedding favors as well. The workers are always so helpful and nice. Our daughter also loves to pick out new hair accessories when we go in. Definitely a highlight of our trip every time.

I live just outside of Helen GA and hardly ever go there, just because of the high volume of tourists and the traffic. That being said, if I am looking for etched glass gifts, case knives (which I get for the men in my family every year), sterling silver jewelry or just the new “have to have” gifts, I ALWAYS choose Damron’s Gifts! This is a local family run business and they have owned it for many years. The owners are some of the nicest people and I am always greeted by their staff with friendly faces and lots of help, if I’m looking for something specific.
