Very disappointed in this business. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral of which they reached out to confirm the address and details the evening prior to the service only to reach out the next morning to tell me that they were out of everything to make an arrangement. Inclusive of flowers, plants, artificial and otherwise. I found it very hard to believe that in less than 12 hours or confirming the details of my order that they “ran out” of ALL of their inventory? I may have been born at night but I wasn’t born last night.

This was my first& LAST TIME using this flower shop . I wanted to order some flowers for a friend & have them delivered to their job on MAY 9,2025 for their birthday & Mother’s Day ! I called May 7, 2025 to get a quote . I wanted a combination of roses and sunflowers. Before going , I called between the hours of 12pm & 2pm . The lady who answered quoted me $40. This is my first time getting flowers from a shop so I figured you would have to order a couple of days in advance . I got to the shop around 4:45 ish - 5. When I walk in no one is at the counter but about 4 ppl are sitting at a table beside the counter . I spoke when I walked in but no one acknowledged that I was even there . It took the lady a good while to even come to the counter & assist me. I didn’t make a fuss because I needed the flowers . When she FINALLY comes up I tell her what I want & now she quotes me $50 (came to be $54 in total) .I didn’t make a fuss because I really needed these flowers for my friend on FRIDAY (5/9/25). I tell her that’s fine & inform her where to deliver & that it’s for FRIDAY (5/9/25). She kept saying for tomorrow which would’ve been 5/8/25 & I kept having to correct her . During this time , she was not very attentive nor did I feel my service was wanted but again I needed the flowers. I go back out to my car to get my card & when I get back there’s another lady ahead of me now . But I realized this lady is getting superb service. At this point I just want to hurry & leave because I didn’t like the difference in the customer service. And now at this point I’m starting to feel like the difference in customer service is based off a racial difference. The lady behind the counter finally acknowledges me & tell me to come on & pay . I paid & left not very satisfied with the service but was sure the product would outshine the customer service mishap . The next day Thursday (5/8/25) the lady delivers the flowers (they were for FRIDAY 5/9) to my friends job . I called the lady because now I’m upset & feel undervalued. As a customer my service was not valued enough to at least deliver the flowers on the day that I stated I needed them . The whole experience has been horrible at this point. She’s not apologetic, all she says is do I want her to come get them . By now my friend has her flowers so of course I don’t want her to come get them & deliver them on the correct day that I paid for ! Overall this was a horrible experience & I’ll never use wildflower again . I was very disappointed with their service & WAS NOT accommodated appropriately .

Mrs. Gayle and her staff did the flowers at our daughter's wedding in March. The flowers were amazing and perfect! Mrs. Gayle was great to work with in planning the wedding flowers. She listened to our ideas and had great suggestions. She is professional and genuine. She & her staff did a fantastic job with the flowers at the wedding venue! They were beautiful and they lasted for many days after the wedding! Highly recommend Mrs. Gayle and her staff!

They made sure that my Grandmother’s standing spray for her funeral was lovely and found a navy blue polka dot bow to go on it. Grandmother loved navy blue, polka dots, and roses. They also made sure all the grands,great grands, and great-great grandson names are on the card.

Called at 8 a.m. to place an order for a funeral today and Gayle said they had just left with the delivery to the funeral home. But she had him turn around and come back for my order. Want the most beautiful flowers in the world, the nicest florists who care and the the fastest delivery in town? Look No Further! Wildflower Weddings and More are now on my speed dial as I live in Texas with family in Hawkinsville. Called thinking because it was too late in the day and it was Veteran's Day (maybe closed), my worries disappeared after speaking with the kindest lady who assured me there simply was no problem and the flowers arrived within an hour of my order! Wildflower Weddings and More - you have my business and only wished there were more florists like you in Georgia and Texas! Thank you for your attention to detail and service! Susie
