We have always had great service from American. First, Kevin then Eric, and now Cole. While all three guys have done an excellent job treating our home Cole has been exceptionally helpful with suggestions to combat ants and Joro spiders throughout our property. When he learned I am allergic to fire ants he became especially meticulous in eradicating them. I appreciate that Cole is conscientious enough to ask about spraying rooms that might have a door closed. He never just barges into a room. Cole is super friendly and always has sweet words to share with my mother who is 91 years old.
