Metro Inspections was recommended by my realtor during our new home build process. It was extremely easy to book an inspection with Shane who was responsive, knowledgeable and super personable. On the day of the inspection he arrived right on time and completed the inspection in less than 2 hours. 30 minutes later we had the entire report in our inbox. Couldn’t have asked for more. Buddy was more than a professional, he was devoted to inspecting the home for every possible concern allowed by his purview. He even took the time to remove his shoes before entering a vacant home after inspecting the exterior.. truly a quality job and money well spent.
