My Uncle, a DISABLED VET was ripped off by these scam artists. Paid for a WDI report for my uncle's VA loan. These guys showed up, did the "inspection" then left no paperwork or copy. When contact was made to get a copy we were told "oh he has to sign up for service to get the report". No, Paid for a service you get said service. It's not even legal to not provide the report. THEN when the manager of the VA loan company contacted a "manager" there he was told the same thing, and then given a 4 page sales pitch instead of a simple form proving the inspection was done and... read full review

Anthony is absolutely amazing. He was very thi would not like anyone but Anthony toservice my home He is so through and knowledgeable about his work. Please don't send any one else but Anthony. He deserves a big raise. He is all about the customer and does a fantastic job each time he comes.

Today I had the best experience with Bug Busters. I rarely do reviews of companies but I was compelled to do this one because of the employees that assisted me today. I needed a last minute termite inspection letter for a closing and called Bug Busters along with several other companies in the Atlanta area. Laura was so helpful and patient with me. She understood the urgency of needing a sane day inspection and gave me her extension as I attempted to navigate the best time frame for a technician to come out. She gave me upfront costs as well as a range for the possible additional costs. No other company (including the big ones) could give me a definitive number... read full review
