Buyer beware. Avoid at all costs because it will cost YOU. My Uncle, a DISABLED VET was ripped off by these scam artists. Paid for a WDI report for my uncle's VA loan. These guys showed up, did the "inspection" then left no paperwork or copy. When contact was made to get a copy we were told "oh he has to sign up for service to get the report". No, Paid for a service you get said service. It's not even legal to not provide the report. THEN when the manager of the VA loan company contacted a "manager" there he was told the same thing, and then given a 4 page sales pitch instead of a simple form proving the inspection was done and still no report. THEN he was lied to saying my uncle did "sign up for service anyway so whats the problem?" He didn't. Scum through and through. Any positive review on here have to be from a previous owners tenure or relatives and friends. He was saving thousands of dollars a month with this loan and the almost two weeks it's taken to figure this out have cost him at least that. What a horrible way to attempt to do "business".
