I love how well they care for my children and I. Rather it is a sick visit, an annual, or even a follow up, the available appointments are there. The hours are extremely convenient especially with scheduling around school hours. The staff are very attentive and caring. I appreciate being treated like known patients and not case numbers! Each provider has made us feel like valued family members while still remaining professional! I know I can always count on getting the proper care we need!

Water bottle full of urine by the entrance ramp. Dated, cold and unwelcoming waiting room/building Scheduled new patient appointment for pediatric vaccines and a sick visit. They had limited staff and weren’t able to give vaccines, they told me I’d have to come back. PharmaCy required dr authorization to release the prescription but since it’s Friday and AGAIN they have limited staff they wouldn’t authorize the meds until Monday the soonest. It’s ridiculous to take on new patients when you can’t provide adequate care for routine visits. Don’t even consider this an urgent care as they do not have drs on call when situations like this arise they can’t even release meds they prescribed. Pointless useless practice. Also you can get IV therapy for cheaper or the same price a much nicer establishment.

I recently had a phenomenon experience with Anwan Wellness Medical Center. The office manager Nicole and Dr. Christie went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism throughout the entire process. I felt truly valued as a patient. Everyone collectively from the front office staff to the clinical staff made my experience simply amazing and seamless.

I'm grateful that they have a background in holistic and medicinal practices which makes it a win for me. The New Front office in Hapeville is Great! The New Office Manager is AMAZING and I can tell she brings a new moral to the team. They are Friendly, Kind and Empathetic. I have been seen in both the Hapeville and Tucker medical offices. You can also try their 3rd Private Regenerative Office in Tucker as well. There you can try PRP services, Vitamin Drip Services, and other progressive medical procedures.

If you're looking for a no-nonsense Primary Care provider, this is a great place. Their staff is friendly and they treat you like family. Christina Smalls, their PA is excellent. I had a billing issue with my health insurance company and Nichole, their office manager, handled it immediately. She advocated for me and got the insurance company to pay the bill. I'm not looking for a glamorous doctor's office in some part of town where I will need to take off work and spend half the day fighting traffic to get there. I want a convenient location with medical professionals who care, and who know how to work the insurance company system. Anwan is perfect for people like me.
