It's so nice to have high quality pet care close to home. We've left our Frenchie with the Pet Lodge a couple times and have only had great experiences! From the moment we walk in the door, our sometimes nervous pup is ready to go play and doesn't hesitate to charge off to the play yard with the staff. Knowing she's in watchful and caring hands allows us to enjoy our trips away even more.
We love Guyton Pet Lodge! Our pets are always well taken care of and happy when we pick them up. The place is clean and the owners are very friendly. Our old chunk loves his visit and always comes home with a pep in his step from running with the other dogs!
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Guyton Pet Lodge or recommend them highly enough. We have THE MOST timid puppy I have ever seen. She is terrified of anyone that isn’t my husband, my kids, or me. Even people who are routinely at our house or around her. The first time we boarded her I was so nervous about how she would handle it. She freaked out when we walked in, cowered behind me, shaking, wet the floor, etc. Mr. Deen literally laid on the floor of the lobby talking to her until she was comfortable enough to at least smell him….which was a while 😵💫. She eventually went back with them. Mr. Deen could tell I was nervous, so he toured me around the facility, explained their day to day to me and assured me I could call and check on her whenever. By the time I picked her up she was wagging her tail and loving on all the staff. We just took her back for her second time and she ran straight in, straight up to the staff with her tail going crazy, kissing on everyone like they were her long lost BFFs and all but ran to the back when it was her turn. I was SHOCKED!!! This does not happen with anyone outside of our immediate family. Her level of comfort and excitement says more about the staff and facility than I ever could. We love you Guyton Pet Lodge!! Thank you for loving our girl like your own!! 🫶🏻
