Brad was super easy to reach by phone and it was super quick and easy to set up the inspection. He was super thorough. I would definitely work with him again. The inspection and reinspection were very reasonable!

I needed a quick inspection for my homeowners insurance policy underwriters, and Brad came right out, confirmed requirements with notes and pictures, and then had the inspection confirmation letter sent to my email before he even left! I was able to get it to my insurance gal right away and got my policy. He was great!
