They had my appointment scheduled for next week but after talking with them Artic Air went out of their way to get me up and running today , drove over an hour one way to my house after completing another job. They quickly diagnosed the issue, found a replacement motor and even drove 1.5 hours round trip to get the new motor, bring it back and install it to finally get us some relief from the heat.
