I had a plumbing emergency today and needed HELP. The Drain Surgeon was able to get someone to me and fix my issue quickly. First Class service from the time I called and explained my situation until the gentleman drove off. I appreciate how my situation was heard and evaluated. I was also very fortunate that someone was available to take care of my issue today. I can't thank The Drain Surgeon team enough. Online reviews are very important to me in making my decision on who to call when I need services. I was experiencing trouble with my water heater. It was evening and my warranty company was close. I tried another place and didn’t get an answer. So I tried The Drain Surgeon and I found my answer. Ken (Larry) answered the phone and by this time I was panicking. He was so kind and thoughtful that he calmed me down. He did all he could to help me over the phone it didn’t work He said that he would get someone out the next morning and he did. The employee that he sent was Akiam , he was very thoughtful and professional. He found the problem right away had the prol fixed in record time.

I’m very very satisfied the service of Drain Surgeons. The office staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding and going the extra mile.
The technician Akim did an excellent job installing my new water heater.
He was friendly, on time and sufficient and answered all questions I had.
I really appreciate it.
