Wow! Sam was friendly from the initial inquiry for our home repair needs after having a washing machine fail on us with demolition/mitigation. He was so efficient with getting us taken care of and informative through the entire process. He was easy to work with and his team did a great job at completely the tasks (drywall, carpet, flooring, baseboards). I can’t say enough great things about Sam Cline and his Handyman Services! I called Sam last minute after my contractor canceled on the day of my water heater install. Sam responded right away and was able to do the job the same day I called - something that’s hard to find these days. Not only did he replace the water heater quickly and efficiently, but he also went above and beyond with first-class service from start to finish.

Perfectly fixed a problem I’d been having for almost a year. Pricing is uncontested. Needed some soffit vents replaced and the job was too small for roofers and many other handyman services I consulted didn’t know how to properly fix the problem. Sam had a team out to my house within 30 minutes of contacting him and completed the job in under an hour. Sam will be getting called for all other home repair tasks I have and I would 100% recommend him to everyone. He’s also just a pleasant man that I’m glad I got to share a bit of conversation with.
