Absolutely love this place. Bree is so amazing and the rest of the staff are just as great! They always do a great job grooming and taking care of my dogs when they are boarded too. I highly recommend them and you can absolutely trust them with your pets.

We used them this week for sanitary trims and cat lion cut. I am so so thrilled with the outcome. They did a great job. My two cats seem calm and not stressed after. I would totally recommend them and use them again. Thanks again.

My 86 year old father, who has taken his cat several times to have her nails clipped at this establishment was turned back today because they said he did not have proof of her rabies shot. I'm sorry, did you not ask for this before, when he had brought her in? Do you not keep records? Do you not know the energy and time it takes for him to load his cat up? He may decide to continue to give you business, but you will not receive my.

The staff does not confirm grooming appointments in a timely manner. I have made 4 grooming reservations days ahead for the last two weeks and they stay in "wait list" or "pending" status the night before the requested appointment time that says the day/time is "available." 3 minutes for the appointment it still says "wait list." After the appointment time it still says wait list or pending. Not knowing if you have an appointment or not is very inconvenient. I even went by the location and they said to reschedule. I rescheduled and same result.
