It was reasonably priced. I didn't appreciate the male groomer calling Gold a "nightmare". He's a dog and NOT all dogs are well behaved when grooming. Lose the attitude, it shows a black of professionalism, and it's poor customer service. My mother liked the haircut and that's the good thing.

DO NOT SCHEDULE ONLINE!! Scheduled a grooming appointment online only to arrive & be told NOT to use the online scheduler because it doesn't go to the groomer. The groomer had an attitude the moment I walked in. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my dog to get groomed. I was trying to give Pretti Paws another chance with grooming but they've just lost a returning customer due to the lack of customer service.The cuts in the past have been good which is why I gave 2 stars but the attitute today & in the past is what caused them not to have 5 stars. Very disappointed!!

I had both of my dogs being groomed at pretty paw for about 2 years. This guy that came and took over name Steve is rude and unprofessional. He messed up my dog twice. The lady told me I would get a percentage off. She was nice and had serviced me before. He was rude about it and said he would not take my dogs if I complained again. Saying that I wanted something for free. I have paid every other time. Money is definitely not the issue. Guess what I will not allow him to even get my dogs. He gave my dog a mullet.? His attitude and customer service is terrible.
