Aaron was professional, polite, answered all of our questions and he taught us a few things, too. He repaired some outdoor electrical units in our yard (for Christmas lights) and came up with a good solution for our issue. He was knowledgeable and willing to do the work necessary. 100% satisfied and glad for his expertise.
Admittedly Hammond is not the cheapest but they are the best! Electrical issues in our home is not an area that I would cut corners. Adam from Hammond explained the issue with our circuit breaker in a way that I could easily understand. He replaced the circuit breaker and reviewed additional coverage available that ultimately will save us on maintenance in the future.We have used Hammond in the past and the technicians are always professional and respectful of our home.I highly recommend them and plan to contact them for future electrical concerns.
We have been using Hammond for different things over the years and have always felt a level of care with every employee and today was no different. Mike F. was careful to explain options and completed all work offered on his visit. I feel like I have a teammate for home care services that I can trust. 5 stars for a 5 star experience!
