If I could give this place a negative star, I would. But it would not let me post. Horrible service. The owner does not have a clue what he is doing. He'll do your taxes and when something is wrong (and believe me it will) He will never fix it. took him a year to solve something that could've been done in weeks. very irresponsible, does not follow up on anything. He does not call you back when you leave him messages. I had to get my documents from them and have someone look them over, and I'm finding the crap that he did with my taxes that now I have to deal with. You'll thank me later. stay away from this place
Why did these people call me phone to hang up
I try to only leave good reviews but the service and respect is HORRIBLE. If you aren't of a "certain preference" don't expect to get good service. Last year I understood due to covid the reply time but this year isn't any better.I had an 11 am appointment. Arrived at 10:43. Waited until 11:51 and still no show. I was told to either come back or call. I called a few hours later just to get a rude attitude from Hector. His words, "go to who did my taxes last year, he cant help me." I'm not sure if he was upset due to the previous year I wanted him to do my taxes, instead his wife did them and I end up oweing. I asked her if he could... read full review
