I've never seen a funeral home run as well as the McCommons family has run their funeral home. Since the 1970s, I have attended many funerals in Greene County, Georgia. I've also attended many funerals in other counties in Georgia. The McCommons'es have always been caring, polite, and professional people. During a funeral their staff are as quiet as a mouse, standing ready to assist people if needed and helping things to flow as smoothly as possible. Our experience with Mc Commons was excellent as we were navigating one of the most difficult moments of our life.
The initial preparations with Billy and Trudy were perfect. They were extremely patient and understanding. They were willing to give us as much time that we needed to meet our needs and expectations.
They gave us the time we needed to make sure our family could arrange personal items as we saw fit before the visitation.
Steve was perfect with the timing of our songs.

I have attended multiple funerals throughout my life that were done by McCommons Funeral Home. They are always very professional and caring. They’ve been in the business for many generations and everything always goes smoothly. I would consider no other business when planning a funeral for a loved one.
