Richard came out and discussed the project and made suggestions. He left that day saying he would work up a price on a couple of configurations and get back to us. Well, that was two months ago. Never heard from him again. Looks like this is a pattern with this contractor. PATHETIC. A simple email declining the job would have avoided this review. The contractor that came out the day after Richard worked up a price within a week and has finished our project.

Richard and crew were very professional and did an amazing job replacing our deck, balcony, and entry deck. We researched companies and felt comfortable with Richard's knowledge and price. He did not disappoint. Great clean up as well. We are so pleased with the results and will be happy to recommend to others.Service: Deck replacement

Richard and crew did a great job rescreening our deck. Richard was very responsive to our endless questions. The crew was very nice. The previous owner initially did the porch himself so when we had to rescreen it there were areas that weren’t lining up properly. Richard had so many ideas and did what it took to make it work correctly without tearing the whole thing down. We really appreciated his efforts to save us money. With the current climate of severe staff and supply shortages it took a little longer than originally planned, but that’s not their fault, they worked so hard and the quality never suffered.
