Beware! Rich creates trust in the beginning creating a hostile relationship between you and the insurance, then takes the insurance money but does nothing deliver in the product in addition, he’ll find something wrong with the home to “stall” the project but all the while clocking and racking up personal debt. He has taken 21k from my family, double dipped in insurance claims and has yet to produce a final product over 12 months after he was hired to advocate and resolve structural damage created after storm.
