I am very pleased with the service I received from Titan Garden City.I came in painful and I'm ending at 75%.That is a great overview of my pain numbers because I was in bad shape however they worked with me and allowed me to get well.They were very informative and helpful with me.I will recommend they're service to anyone..

Was in a car accident and ended up with herniated disc ..they were very easy to talk to ask questions and the answers were broken down to where I understood them. She reference me out and did follow up text after my shot..I was very please with staff and the doctor ..thank you.

I had to get a physical done for employment which was the reason for my visit. I had called the office prior to going and asked if they needed an appointment, to which they said no appointment is needed and they take walk-ins no-problem. I sat in the waiting room for about 30 minutes before I was taken back by a really rude nurse, who told me the provider was running "a little bit behind". This turned into me waiting 3 hours in a cold room before the provider actually came in. The only reason why I am giving 1 star is because the nurse practitioner was great and took her time. Otherwise I would have easily given a zero. It took a total of 3.5+ hours which caused me to miss my other appointment in the afternoon. If it wasn't mandatory to go and have a physical done at this location I would have left and gone else where.
