Once I found out Tracey expanded his geographic range of service, without hesitation I setup an appointment. I just knew Tracey and his team will fulfill my expectations of how I wanted the end results to turn out, and did it every. It was helpful to have a computer generated 3-D of the end results. To finalize the computer generated 3-D, I attended the meeting to provide my choices I need to make. Tracey's team was great to work with, very polite and helpful throughout the build process. A big THANKS to everyone involved throughout the build process.
Tracy Tesmer Design and Remodeling was a wonderful experience. I am truly thankful I called for their services. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. I’ve had 1/4 of my house remodeled and added an 3 story elevator for my wheelchair access.I’ll admit I’m also a perfectionist. I highly recommend TTDR. Each project has been completed to specs, on time and within budget – except where I made additions or last minute changes.There is a reason they are ranked best in the area 13 years in a row. They offered me a very reasonable quote, the end result, exceeded my expectations and will call upon them in the future.
Wanted an estimate to remodel my home, had a meeting scheduled, and the day before the owner decided that they wanted a list of the projects. I lost interest after the last communication. It seemed like they didn't want my business. I hired an amazing contractor to handle the job for me. They are an architect/construction remodeling firm. I'm looking forward to seeing how they transform my home.
