Absolutely love this place! It's got a chill vibe that makes you feel super welcome, and their boxing program is the best I’ve been in. Coach West is the real deal - he knows how to push you but keeps it fun. Easy five stars from me!

The new bars are falling apart, the collar totally fell off of one when a friend of mine was deadlifting, dumping all the plates on the floor. Nobody seems to care either, it's still in the corner with all the other bars a month later. And the new machines that have been steadily accumulated over the past year are just as sketchy. I also had a very poor experience with an employee recently as well. A couple of friends and I decided to go at 10pm because there's almost nobody there that late, and after one of my friends connected to the gyms sound system to play our own music. The employee (the only other person in the gym apart from us) thought it was appropriate to immediately yell at us and accuse us of not having a membership in an attempt to throw us out. A simple, "you're not allowed to do that" would've sufficed, even though we do this just about every time we go this late and none of the other employees seemed to mind given the place is totally empty and we aren't playing anything different than what they play. Then the employee decided to put on his own music and turn it up as if to drive us out. Ive been considering canceling my membership for a while because of the decreased quality of the equipment, but after this my friends and I are definitely going to a different gym.

I’ve been a member for a while and as a woman, I do. It feel intimidated at all and I feel very comfortable. They have tons of equipment so I’m able to get a full set park out every time. The staff is super friendly too. Which I appreciate.

Good gym terrible management. Worked here 2 half years just to deal with workplace abuse. You'll be expected to practically run the gym etc, move/repair equipment, deep clean restrooms and gym/equipment for low pay. There is zero open door policy, so you either just deal with management abuse or leave. Do not work here, if you really wanna work at gym there's much better options that'll treat you better. Manager loves to gossip and talk ill about people. I was banned from the gym because word got to me and manager found out. What I'm assuming since I wasn't given any actual email/letter essentially had a 3rd party tell me. I wasn't given the reason for the ban nor the option to defend an unjustified ban. You can call it retaliation. Work place abuse should not be tolerated in any business corporate or family owned

Been going here since October, one of the best gyms I've been to in the past 10 years (in both GA and California). Lots of equipment and room to workout and it's got that gritty atmosphere that a commercial gym just can't beat. At least 4 different racks for squats, 3 racks for flat bench and plenty of space for deadlifts and Olympic weightlifting as well as plenty of dumbbells/kettlebells. Also has a sled, battle ropes and sledgehammer.1 gripe though:there seems to be an issue with people not putting their weights back to where you don't know if a bench/rack is being used or not.

I like that they have diverse equipment and a large amount of space. They also offer kids classes and other group fitness options. They have bumper plates (which I haven’t found in any other gym nearby aside from crossfits for $120/month). It’s affordable and adequate. In the name of transparency for my rating, the parking lot is DANGEROUS, especially at night. Poor lighting, indistinct parking “spots,” and I’ve been blocked in before. It’s generally just very messy and not enough space to accommodate their crowds in the evenings. There are also children running about which is a bad combination with poor lighting and visibility.

Was told the membership was $40-$45 a month i believe. I go to pay for the first month then the guy tells me I have to pay for the key card that ill be using to enter the gym. Another $5-10? Yeah, thanks but no thanks. That's like the most backhanded thing someone can come up with.

Been a member here for a few months now. Equipment is great.I have noticed in the last month that there is an extreme parking issue. Even at 8:30pm there have been times where there is nowhere to park. There doesn't seem to be any effort to solve this. Also there are times where there is music playing over the speakers and someone else brings their own boombox and absolutely blasts their music in contrast.Very grateful for a gym where I can box and lift free weights though. Trying to be constructive..

I have been coming to this gym since July of 2021. The atmosphere is great and equipment is good but for the past 3-4 weeks, this place has been very dirty. Windows are not being clean, equipment is left all over the place especially towards the back where the larger mirrors are at, and paper towels, and trash just left everywhere on the floor. I just wanted to bring this some attention hoping it can be resolved, overall this gym is an awesome 5 but cleanliness is at a 0.
