Hey Guys! $69.00 worth of 6x6 1/4 inch pre drilled steel plates..Steel Mart wouldn't return them and they didn't have any shorts..They wanted to sell me 20 foot lengthes..Tom Rohrer retired, 50 years in the building trades

I called to get some steel my regular supplier dropped the ball on for our morning delivery and the sales guy Mark said they had what I needed in stock. I drove the hour over, paid, pulled around to load to be told they did not have it. Wasted half of my day for their lack of professionalism. I now remember why we stopped using them as our regular supplier. My advice to anyone is be cautious, lots of suppliers out there that will not treat folks this way. I called from their parking lot and have what i need from another vendor now. Thanks for wasting my time, yours may not be valuable but mine is.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Drove from Commerce after work, made it 10 minutes before they closed knowing exactly what I needed so I could get in and out. They closed early and were INCREDIBLY rude when my dad spoke to the guy that was still there in the warehouse. Definitely do not recommend this place as they don't know how to treat a customer!
