This is without a doubt the best experience I have ever had in any version of retail throughout my life. From the start of everything their customer service over the phone was absolutely amazing. Leaving me 100% satisfied with everything I needed. Then when I made it to the local store the service men behind the counter were knowledgeable, extremely sincere about their work and beyond helpful. I honestly can't say enough good things. If you are a DIY person like me, look no further! They had great prices and a helpful staff to make sure I didn't make multiple trips. Thank you Fox Appliance Parts. Y'all are amazing.

This is a great place to stop for ALL repair parts. They can find any part you need for your appliances. If they don't have it in stock they can certainly order it from their other like 9 locations.

Superb customer attention, outstanding product knowledge. Obtained a small door spring for a ge profile refrigerator. The sping part was perfect, door is fixed, kudos to Fox Appliance.

My wife has always gone to Fox for the appliance parts we have needed over the years. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable people with her. And when she brings home the part it always fits. I really appreciate their customer service and knowledge.
