I arrived with debilitating nerve pain and weakness in my dominant arm. Wasn’t sleeping and my mental was wrecked from not getting any good sleep.

An orthopedic spinal specialist said it was not going to improve and was trying to schedule me for an epidural and invasive disc replacement surgery in my neck.
