Absolutely horrible. Definitely don’t call here if you’re looking for a last minute local help. I called trying to look for a simple floral supply item to avoid driving to my wholesaler in ATL. Hoping to find some friendly help; I instead got yelled at and CUSSED at by someone who works there. Clearly had a rough day and taking it out on someone who asked a simple question. HOW DARE I TRY TO SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS RIGHT?? Claiming not to be the owner and refusing her name, she hung up on me twice. I’ve worked in customer service and have been a human long enough to know that’s not how you’re treated. Beyond distasteful. Do better.

When calling woman was rude because I didn’t know what to call what I was looking for so explained and her response was rude. Glad they are so busy that it’s ok to be rude to customers.

Awful agreement for a funeral and over charged plus added a little more without telling that there was a weekend fee!!! I had to buy more flowers and greenery to make them look decent!!! They took advantage of my mother and say they can only give store credit like we would ever buy anything else from them I would advise no one to use them unless you want flowers you can buy from the grocery store in a vase for way lower price for the 400 we was charged I was expecting a beautiful agreement we will be disputing the charge with the credit card company we don’t want a store credit!!
